Ramón Romero Project Director
Ramón leads and oversees the whole project, interacting daily with client representatives at Government of Jersey and the senior leadership team of Rok FCC JV. He is keen to provide his 20 plus years’ infrastructure construction management experience to delivering for the Islanders of Jersey a world class hospital - benefiting the whole community.
Richard De Gruchy Legacy Director
Jersey born and bred, Richard leads on all aspects of the long terms legacy for islanders of the project. He is committed to making a difference.
Alasdair Fernie Construction Director
Alasdair leads all of the construction activity for the project. He is responsible for operations, logistics, commercial and managing the supply chain.
Gary McGuire Technical Director
Gary leads on all things technical and manages the design teams. He is responsible for making sure we have all of the information needed for planning and constructing a world class hospital.
David Nunez Communications Director
David will oversee the core communications activity for the team.
