Apprenticeships

Beyond the build, the Our Hospital Project, is also about building a legacy - our contribution to the future of Jersey's talent and workforce.

By working in partnership with our supply chain and local stakeholders, we aim to deliver local employment, apprenticeships, up-skilling and training, engagement with education providers and community groups.

Our Built Environment Apprenticeship Programme will give you access to an exciting, well defined career path with on-job and in-college learning. You will work with some of the world’s top built environment professionals and earn a good salary, while developing your skills - you'll be set on an education pathway which can lead to a higher apprenticeship, a degree and/ or professional qualifications.
